• Posters must be mounted on the designated panels from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (date to be determined) and dismantled at the end of the Congress on Saturday, April 5th.

• Posters must be printed by the authors themselves and hung by them.

• Posters should be attached to the boards with stickers, which will be supplied by the organizers. It is not allowed to use your own tape.

• The presenting author must stay at the poster from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM (date to be determined) to defend the poster before the evaluation jury and to address comments or questions from interested congress attendees. If unable to attend, the first author must designate one of the co-authors to present the poster, notifying the Congress before the presentation.

• The poster defense must be conducted in English, as well as the text on the poster.

• Poster dimensions must be: Height: 120 centimeters / Width: 90 centimeters. They will all be displayed vertically.

• The final number of the abstract, title and author(s) must be included on the poster. To include a photograph of the presenting author is also recommended.

• The available time for the poster presentation is a total of 5 minutes, without any possibility of extension: 3 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions from the panel.
