CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
During the ConsEuro SEOC Congress 2025, scientists and researchers throughout Europe will have the opportunity to present, discuss and critique their investigation. If you are involved in dental research, we urge you to submit an abstract for consideration for an oral or a poster presentation. Abstract submission if free of charge.
Online abstract submission system will be available and open until midnight 00:00 (CET) on 28 January 2025.
Abstracts will be sent to the Scientific Committee Members for a blind evaluation process. Authors will receive confirmation of acceptance of their works by until midnight 00:00 (CET) on 19 February 2025.
* Presentations can be made using PowerPoint or KeyNote format with a single projector and a single screen. Personal computers cannot be used. If non-standard fonts are used, they must be embedded in the presentation. If videos are included, they must also be embedded.
* The presentation format should be in a 16:9 ratio.
* The oral communication must be presented in English, including the text within the images.
* Presentations must be uploaded to the assigned room's computer be assigned room's computer before 2:30 PM on the day of the presentation, Thursday, April 3rd, to allow the IT technicians to adjust the presentation if it does not display correctly.
* The available time for the oral communication is a total of 10 minutes, without any possibility of extension: 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions from the panel.
* Failure to comply with these conditions will disqualify the presenter from being eligible for the award.
